Swapalogger Service

 

Sometimes it makes good business sense to keep your money in your pocket rather than investing $3-500 in purchasing a datalogger, particularly when you consider that you may only have a short-term need for temperature recording.

Alternatively, while you may understand the value of temperature information in helping towards better decision making, you find that you haven’t got the time or facilities to gather the information yourself.

 

Topoclimate Australia Pty Ltd   (TAPL) has established a Data Logger Hire service  (called Swapalogger)  following the requests of a number of clients faced with these situations.

 

All you have to do to swap a logger over is undo three wing nuts, take the logger out of the screen, and replace it with the logger that TAPL have sent you.  The new Logger will be preset to start when you receive it.  You then post the original logger back to TAPL and we will do the rest. It couldn’t be simpler!!!

 

TAPL can either just download the data and send it back to you or we can convert the raw numbers into useful information through our DATA ANALYSIS SERVICE found here on this website.

 

What does the Swappa-logger service cost?

Swappa Logger Logger Hire $200.00 (excl GST) per annum per logger (including a Plastic Screen)

All prices are in Australian Dollars. For Australian Clients, 10% GST must be added to the hire cost.

Benefits of the Swappa Logger System 

* Client has no capital outlay and hire cost is tax-deductible.
* TAPL provides loan logger including screen on swap system where a replacement logger is   sent to client prior to due date. Client swaps loggers and returns recording logger back to   TAPL for downloading of data.

*  The client is not required to download the data.

*  All loggers are calibrated and set before delivery. The long-life Lithium batteries in each logger are checked and replaced if necessary before the logger is hired.

 

Other Logger Options available:

Tinyview Loan Dual Channel Logger – measures both air temperature and soil temperature on same logger. (includes screen, soil probe, hire, downloading and postage costs)

Hire cost $355 (+ GST) per annum
